Utilizing A.R.E.’s unique polyester resin laminate fiberglass construction with a low-filled resin fiberglass substructure, the A.R.E. Overland offers unmatched strength. Recessed detailing improves styling and rigidity, while a reinforced roof provides ample load capacity for roof-mounted accessories.
For additional durability and off-road-inspired styling, the A.R.E. Overland features a unique two-tone finish consisting of an automotive-grade paint-matched base topped with a UV-stable OTR textured finish. A.R.E. applies this textured black coating in high-stress areas, such as along the cab line and where the topper meets the bed, boosting strength.
Speaking of strength, the A.R.E. Overland also includes heavy-duty aluminum-framed windows and doors to withstand even the toughest trails. The standard heavy-duty rear door features 35 percent thicker aluminum than competitors, boosting reliability and theft resistance.
